Why many things repeat - and why that is no coincidence.

Anyone who reads along for a while will eventually ask whether I am repeating myself.
Forecasts. Go-to-market. Leadership. Accountability. Causality. Hope. Reality.

One might think I am running out of ideas - or that I only have one topic - or worse: just one agenda.

No - the truth is more uncomfortable.

Complex problems do not disappear just because they have been described once.
And they do not resolve themselves because they are renamed within a new framework, a new methodology, or a new tool.

Most of my texts are not about new insights.
They are about old thinking errors.

More does not mean new here. It means clearer.

This page is called More not because it contains more content.
but because it goes deeper.

More perspectives on the same questions.
More friction against the same assumptions.
More clarity about why many organizations appear busy - but are not actually being led.

If, while reading, you think:
“I have read this before.”

Then we have arrived at exactly the right point.

To the posts and articles.

Here you will find the articles and posts in German - probably not really interesting for you :-)

… and here you can also find them in English.

Enjoy browsing and reading.

These are topics that have accompanied me for many years. Some I have implemented multiple times; others I only truly understood over time.
Go-to-market, leadership, sales, forecasts, and decision logic - and the question of why organizations so often rely on hope instead of steering reality.

The articles can be read individually. Thoughts reappear, perspectives shift. Repetition here is not a stylistic device, but part of the insight.

If a text unsettles, contradicts, or forces further thinking, this page has fulfilled its purpose.
